Bruce Lee Park To be Built in Guandong, China by 2009

China flips for Lee park: International News: Legendary film star honored in theme park -- Chopsocky legend Bruce Lee's fists of fury will be commemorated in a special theme park, complete with a statue, a memorial hall and martial arts academy, in his ancestral home in southern China.
Wong Yiu-keung, chairman of the Hong Kong Bruce Lee Club, said the theme park in Shunde in the Guangdong province also would have a conference center. Local media estimate it will cost $25.5 million to build over three years.
Born in San Francisco, Lee is credited with turning martial arts into an international success, in classic kung fu movies such as "Enter the Dragon" and "Fists of Fury." He died from a brain hemorrhage in Hong Kong in 1973. He was just 32.
