China's the #1 Location for Foreign R&D
Wall Street Journal's recent article comments on China as the new R&D focus for many companies leads the flurry of business chatter on how to grow in China. This graph from WSJ site shows that China spends 1.5% of it's GDP on R&D. US spends 2.5% on R&D. China's goal it to reach 2.5% in 2020.
