No Carbombs, No Trishaws
Here's a great photo from AsiaPundit of the street signage put up for the duration of the NPC session. Keep in mind that the majority of people who drive trishaws are non-Beijing citizens - usually migrants who move to Beijing for hard labor work that locals won't take up.
