Yipee for Bokee!: Chinese Blogging Distribution Deal with Movable Type

Six apart and bokee US's Six Apart and China's Bokee signed a deal to localize and distribute Movable Type (MT) later this year. MT is Six Apart's web publishing software, that makes blogs like this easy for me to manage. Bokee is the largest blog host (9 million blogs) in China. Joining forces, Bokee and Six Apart will target Chinese businesses and educational institutions. So I wonder if individual bloggers will be targeted considering that there are around 15 million individual bloggers in China? Bokee has never previously marketed service solely for businesses. I am guessing that by targeting businesses is a strategic decision that is more politically and economically stable for both companies since there is so much political controversy over censorship with individual bloggers. Bloggers using MT still have to find their own web hosting company.
Hopefully this new partnership will help Bokee's financial situation, where recently they had to lay off 50% of it's workforce (180 employees laid off).
